Our spring is located in the Crown Estate of Glenlivet, high in the Braes to the north east of the Cairngorms, close to the river Avon and its famous tributary the Livet, as well as to the river Spey itself. At over a thousand feet above sea level, our water is sourced from the highest spring in Scotland.    It all sounds rather romantic and beautiful, and it is. But there's a very tangible benefit to our location. It produces water with an unusually low mineral content, which cleanses and refreshes the palate, allowing the finest food to shine. Little wonder, then, that that the best chefs adore it.
